Every table at Miga Korean BBQ is equipped with a little something special—something that makes it different from every other kind of restaurant.
At the center of each sits a small grill, one that's heated with glowing coals to searing-hot temperatures. These miniature hearths flame to life just in time to sear up the contents of Miga's barbecue platters. Cuts of marbled beef galbi (short ribs), pork belly, and assorted seafood arrive at the table sliced, raw, and marinated, with each piece awaiting its turn atop the flames. Once restaurant staffers set up the grill, guests are one their own, watching their meals sizzle and pop before flipping them at just the right moment of doneness.
In addition to barbecue, guests can also sample the flavor of authentic Korean cuisine, with choices ranging from colorful bowls of vegetable-packed bibimbap to hot pots, whose bubbling cauldrons conceal choices cuts of meat and veggies just below the broth.
